And this is only the last encounter I have had with this CVS every other time I have come I have had issues and I'm over it!!!
I will no longer choose this CVS for my prescriptions.

I just went to go pick up my prescription from this CVS and this lady Nikki came to the drive-thru I gave her my name and my date of birth and everything seemed fine at first and then she told me with the snotty voice that I received a text saying that it was not covered under my insurance. When she started to read off the number she was giving me my mother's house number so I let her know that that was a house phone and I asked for my mother's number to be taken off since I no longer live with my mom she got really snotty with me and read off the mobile phone that was on there and I've never even heard of the the number and I told her she said well we don't make up random numbers and put them in there so you had to have given us the number. Calmly I told her well can you take it off I don't know that number and gave her mine. got super snotty again and told me well it's going to be $13.69 and I told her okay give me a minute because I only brought $10 in cash since that is what my prescriptions normally cost so I got $3.69 in change then after that she snatched the money out of my hand and pretty much threw me my change.
