I started to survey the outside, and received a call 15 minutes later that the customer cancelled the call with no explanation.
It's a mobile home community. Most of the people that live here are nice. The manager doesn't live here so it's difficult to get ahold of her, she's not always in according to the hours posted and she doesn't care about the people at all because she gets a commission for every home she sells in here-- it's all about the money.

Water is gross. Cant drink it and when you take a shower it feels slimy. Turns sinks and toilet shower rustie. Maintenance people are a joke. They dont fix anything right
However the customer who was in her yard with her dog, saw me pull up and hurried back into her house and would not answer the door.
It's not the first time, and it won't be the last either.
I drove 56 minutes to get to her, and she even confirmed the appointment, but I guess she didn't want someone like me to show up. Hahaha!
A great place to live and the management will work with you if you are on time with your lot rent
