I gave two stars, the vet did call me and I thought that was great to see why,I explained and they understood, that was impressive to me, some issues with communication and some miss understanding s, that I will give her a 5 for caring so much.
Staff and doctor are so kind and professional. Went above and beyond to get my pet in for an appointment at the last minute. Thanks!
I absolutely LOVE Dr. Tiffany and her staff! I run a small scale German Shepherd Rescue, for dogs with more severe Behavioral Issues. My hubby and I also own quite a few critters of our own. ;) Dr. Tiffany has ALWAYS been there for our rescue and our personal dogs, making sure they get whatever they need! Herself and her staff go above and beyond, to make sure the dogs are healthy and happy. She also takes the time, to answer any questions I have, which you just don't see in Veterinarians these days. Her facility is always clean and smells great. Plus, if you need a little energy boost, she has juice boxes in the fridge for her customers! Ha. :) Overall... best Vets office I've ever been to and I wouldn't go to anyone else!
We switched the care of our 4 dogs to Dr. Tiffany and the Rootstown Veterinary Hospital a little over 2 years ago. We have been nothing but pleased with our decision to move their care there. The clinic is clean, spacious and state of the art in technology. The staff is professional, caring, organized and accommodating. I can't say enough about them! But more importantly, I can't say enough about Dr. Tiffany and about how absolutely wonderful she is. She's knowledgeable, always has the best interest of the pet and the owner in mind and couldn't be more caring. Just a few days ago we had to lay our beloved 17 year old dog Bandit to rest. I can't say enough about the caring, help, and assistance that EVERYONE involved put in to making this situation as easy on us as possible, but more importantly our sweet Bandit. Dr. Tiffany is simply the best!
These folks are like friends! My dog LOVES going here. He gets SO excited to see everyone!
